In general, most Yuri mangas without adult content usually have some appeal to female demographics. Once you avoid the ones that are pure fanservice, the differences are really just "shallow and short", "cute and silly" and "serious and angsty".

And even the ones that are fanservicey, the only ones that are purely male lesbian fantasies are the "I love you, let's have sex" ones...which are surprisingly few and far between.
