As far as I understand, MU's policy is to keep oneshots in the same entry as the tankoubon that they appear in.
Then, Happiness (FURUYA Usamaru) and Happiness Scene 2 - A Room of Clouds should be merged with Happiness (Shogakukan: 8 stories in the book).
Same goes for Kaeru no Saiban from Gekkou Spice (Hakusensha: 4 stories in the book).
And Maken X Another Jack is not a sequel, but a re-edition of Maken X Another, released in December 2008 (Enterbrain: article says 'was published in Magazine Z').

A new edition of the series. According to this web page, Kodansha collected three tankoubons (volume 1: 192 pages, volume 2: 193 pages, volume 3: 209 pages), whereas Enterbrain has released two books with bonus illustrations (each volume has 296 pages).

So this new edition is exactly the same manga with some bonus illustrations at the end (or elsewhere)?

The chapter listed as Oneshot released by Nashrakh is Chapter 2 of the series.
Also, I don't know if this is a bug or like random small almost unnoticeable rollbacks, but I've been noticing series disappearing off my Currently Reading or Complete list.

Someone fixed it. As for disappearing series, I'd need the name of a title that you believe is gone, not just a vague feeling
