Description
A research laboratory in the international city Kanazawa. Kei Sagami, daughter of the chief of laboratory, Professor Hiromitsu Sagami, becomes a witness of an experiment - the awakening of a sword, the Maken. It's able to heal mental disorders, at least according to her father. But as strange foreigners forcibly break into the laboratory, kidnap her father and put the actual carrier of the sword out of action, she experiences the true meaning of the Maken first hand.

I think there's a decision to cut the manga and the author simply dont have the whatever to finish it properly. WTF!!! Though it is interesting in a way, i dont recommend it unless you like messed up story and messed up art.
as mentioned, the story isn't much, bit the art is fantastic. Gritty, dirty, detailed, ahhhh, everything one can wish for
image worlds are really interesting. fighting is.. insufficient. all in all, the idea is worth checking out. it could have been done better thou.

storyline is lacking and spotty at times although had the mangaka gone more indepth, it would've been a great plot (imho). art is definitely worth checking out: gritty, bold, edgy style distinguishes it from the other manga out there.
