The main title of Hana to Watashi should be Hana to Watashi ni Ongaku wo. It seems like Aerandria released it as Hana to Watashi but you can see from the image on the series' MU page that it's not the full title... somewhat strange that they abbreviated it but whatever 🙂

There was a mistake in the release added yesterday; someone added c19 when only c18 was released. The releases list on the page has been corrected, but the manga list still shows c19 as the latest chapter.
