Chapter numbering problems go here? If so, i'd like to report Houkago Play. For some reason numbering was reset for Houkago Play R (which is essentially Vol. 4), and since the previous 3 volumes counted up to 45, not updates are shown.

When you're looking at someone's list, all titles that you have in a custom list always have the reading icon, no matter what type your custom list is. It works fine while browsing series info and search results etc.

Because there is no good automated way to deal with every case. If you haven't noticed, many series have a similar problem but in different situations. Too many edge cases
Go ask World Three why they renumbered the chapters starting from 1 then

Well, makes sense. I saw that it was done before, but didn't knew this was no longer the case. Can they change it at this point?

Asano Inio is listed as a female but he is a male. He did talk about interests of a sex change in an interview, but he never went through with it as far as I recall. I keep up with him on Twitter and I am sure he still considers himself male. Also, knowing his personality on Twitter I'm pretty sure he was trolling. What is proper etiquette on editing the page back to how it should be? (there's no talk page like on Wikipedia to debate the facts)

Hello I have a problem, since I got the iphone app, I can't change what chapter I'm on on the computer, just the phone. So even when reading on the computer, I have to use my phone to keep track of what I've read.
Is there anything you or I can do about that?
