Not sure why it was locked, but the final volume (15th) of Hourou Musuko came out in Japan, can a mod change the status to complete?

I have a question about submitting groups. Do groups like penguinsinthebasement who use Batoto as the only place they place their manga that they do all the work on, count as a group and are they allowed to be in the releases section? I checked and it seems penguinsinthebasement and Aizen-sensei do the scanalating for the manga Choukakou, together on Batoto. Therefore shouldn't they be placed in the releases section?

Group entries will only be approved if they have a website, a forum, a Facebook page, and/or an IRC channel. If they have none of these, they will not be approved. A Batoto link does not fall under any of those catagories

Hi there. I'm not really sure if this is a bug or not, or even if other users experienced the same problem, so please excuse me if I'm posting this in the wrong section.
For the past week or so, let's say, I've been unable no add or delete series from and to lists. I can't remove a series from one of my lists, or even move it another one. I also can't add new series to my lists. I keep clicking the buttons, but nothing happens. I stayed quiet, hoping it would go away after a few days, but the buf/problem is still there. Are there any other users who have the same problem?
Thanks in advance for reading this and trying to fix the said bug. I really hope it will go away soon!

Been having the same problem as Yuuki Cross but the solution dident helped me ...

Deleting your cache and cookies didn't help? Then change browsers. It has to be something on your end

Maybe try getting a tool to clean your system? "They remove unused files from your system - allowing your computer to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. Maybe the way you cleared your cache and cookies wasn't good enough, and a program like that could help.

Chapter 30 is actually 38. Mixing up is caused by different numbering between raw site and online reader.
