There aren't many (or any at all) mangakas like FURUYA Minoru so it'll be hard to find comedy exactly like that. If you want laugh out loud funny, Mr. Fullswing made my stomach hurt in the beginning although I don't seem to enjoy it quite so much anymore. Beelzebub and Saru Lock are also quite funny and the former has the benefit of steady, weekly scanlations.

Seems like a lot of good mangas get dropped or have hard to access scans =(.
