I kinda forgot was it a shounen ai or yaoi, but I think it was in a college setting and the uke should've had darker hair. So everytime the seme would break up with his gf, he would come crying to the uke's apartment. Things happen and all, they finally ended up together. One thing I remember definitely from the manga though, there was a scene that goes;

The uke was getting distracted because he suddenly remembers his ex-gf on a break-up scene where the gf said something along the lines of "hey, let's break up, after all, you..." and he's like what was it about, he wanted to remember and fix it because he doesn't want to lose the seme for the same reason his gf was breaking up with him. Cue he's getting all distracted about that and the seme misunderstands and is all annoyed and mad. Suddenly, when they were walking home, the seme steps ahead, the uke remembers, in which his ex-gf said "after all, you don't actually love me, do you?" And the uke was all like "is it really that simple..?" Then the uke stops and said "i love you" to the seme. The seme, being mad and steps ahead was like "huh? You say something?" And turns around to look at the uke but then the uke was like "no, nothing" but has this pained expression on his face and the seme was like no, i'm sorry, i heard you clear and well i just wanted to tease you. And they make up of some sort.

The best I have to offer is either Katekyo! or Kare Otoko ni Izumi O. I know they don't match the premise you've described; but, iirc, both of them feature dreams with similar lines. That said, it's been a long time since I've last read either, so... :s I'll keep mulling it over and see if something pops otherwise.

this sounds exactly like colorful line by ichikawa kei. chapter 0 is basically the first paragraph, and some stuff in the second paragraph i believe happens in chapter 2 or 3. hope this helps!!
