Uhm, bible is a guide book filled with parables. It's all just stories and was never made to be taken literally, but instead figuratively. If you look at it from its context it is actually a very intelligent book. Not that I know the context behind every story but a couple and it's actually interesting.
Based on me being a Christian.

Hate incest in almost all manga, I have 5 siblings, so if any one of them ever confessed to me their 'love', I'd kick them in the balls. Ew. Seriously, incest ruins people's lives.
That said, I did enjoy Koi Kaze because it was relatively tastefully done and portrayed a bit more realistically. But still, you can't sugar coat incest- it's a power abuse and very rarely could I imagine 'real romantic love' between two people in such a position.
