Emotionally void, mentally twisted manga.?

I had a few ideas of my own, and I was wondering does anyone know any good mentally twisted manga that would have moderate sexual and supernatural involvement in it?

one of my ideas was: For example where a woman goes out at night mentally posessing teenager girls and making them thirst for sex against their will, then erasing their memory and getting them in trouble with the police after they go out at night and give themselves in to rapists, at the same time making a film while she is doing it. and like there would be a twist at the end where the main character woman with camera turns out to be not supernatural and she was only imagining that she was posessing these girls, in reality she would be making contracts with high class criminals to rape the selected ones for her to film.
If anyone knows anything similar.. feel free to post? 🙂 or even suggest your ideas about the most mentally twisted scenario you can think of.

I read fairly tame manga. The worst one I read was the whole deep love series.

Why does everyone say this Manga is tough Narutaru is a piece of cake I've read far worse.....

Its not TOUGH, its subtly twisted. If you cant catch this feature, ofc you wont be able to understand.
For example, Guro genre could be considered "TOUGH", as you say.
