I need more manga,'cause I think there's nothing I didn't read.
I'm looking for a story about a boy who's deadly sick but tries to hide it. But there's someone in his class who has an eye on him. After a wile the sick boy breaks down and the other one is there to save him. Something that way,I don't remember clearly. 😢

Is it Yaoi or Shonen-ai? I ask because when I read your question I immediately thought of Ame ni Niteiru but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. The first story was the first BL manga I've ever read and I still like it very much.
