Asian guys seem to end up looking prettier in a manga-character type way because they're built differently compared to westerners. Like the tranny violinist dude from Malice Mizer, or any theatrical glam J-rock bands. Or any amount of guys in martial arts films, the more wires and exotic slow-motion hairstyles the better.
Someone already said David Bowie, but you just have to look at guys in bands, and glam/goth films, and there'll always be a few lurking around.

Guys from 80's cock-rock bands when they were young, and some of the 90s grunge bands who had them as role models. For a laugh, look up an early Guns'n'Roses video on Youtube, 'Welcome to the Jungle' for example, watch Axl Rose dance, and laugh at the thought that this is one of the most openly homophobic guys around... 🤣
But yeah, you just have to go to your average goth/glam/cyber/metal club night, (in a random city in the UK anyway) and there will be lot of very skinny guys who make a lot of effort on clothes and hair, and about 2 of them will be able to pull it off, or at least for about a year, before they start looking old from all the drugs. 🙂 Especially nowadays, you've got a load of young guys into emo and probably manga too, who start growing their hair/nicking their mum's makeup even younger.
Probably gay clubs even more, but I haven't been to enough to judge, just chatted to some of the most unearthly-looking people I'd ever seen who were on the way to one, when I had a student job giving out flyers..
wow, that was a bit of an essay, heh 😀 I really liked pretty boys in an idealistic way when I was about 17/18
