SnoopyCool Recruiting Editors

SnoopyCool is getting a lot of translators asking to join lately and I don't actually have the editor power to let them in... which is troubling, as I'm sure you all can figure out.
Some quick information:
The new translators haven't exactly gotten which projects they want to do straightened out, but I can say that they're all good! thumbs up Actually, I need editors for both new projects as well as just general floating workers who are willing to help where help is needed, so if you don't see anything you like in the new projects list but like our other stuff, then you won't hate it in my little internet family.
All of our raws are hand-scanned, 600 dpi images. You will find no Share scans at SC.
Our 'editor' is the old school definition. We don't employ cleaners or typesetters or croppers or ass-wipers or any of that. It's all the editor. Sounds 'hard', I know, but typesetting isn't exactly rocket science, so there's no reason that cleaners can't do it.
Generally, we arrange the workers in the group letting everyone have 'their' project. So most of them aren't shared, and if you're on a team, it would be a two person team along with your translator. This means that while someone else not finishing their chapter on time won't delay your work, it also means that you not doing your work will delay the entire release, so it's a little bit more responsibility than with some groups I know.
Please also note that SC is beginning to get ready for the Christmas Season, so people with limited time really shouldn't be applying... normally I'd love to have you, but we get pretty hot and heavy starting in October and it's pretty stressful if you're already trying to make ends meet with your 27 hour days.
New projects include:
The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer
Shinyaku "Kyojin no Hoshi" Hanagata (New 'Star of the Giants' Hanagata)
Hammer Session!
Others that haven't really been decided yet
Projects you may be working on other than that:
Change 123
Shiki (maybe)
Saijou no Meii (maybe)
Editor Test:
This is a 2 page test that will hopefully judge your Leveling, Cropping, Text Choice, and Redrawing. All fonts are up to you in the test, but you'll be given a basic list to go by if you're selected (chapter titles, narration, standard dialogue and thoughts are the usual set fonts, with sound effects, yelling and other stuff like that being editor's choice). While font choices are up to you, I'd highly recommend looking over what SC has done in the past and making an effort to match the general style of it. You know, like don't use comic sans in every bubble or anything, and match the original font as much as possible... handwriting needs a handwriting font, scratchy sounds need scratchy fonts.
The zip file includes both raw scans and translations to be used. If you don't see a translation for something, then leave it in Japanese, and if you do see a translation for something, then put it in.
If you need some help, there are edit guides all over the place, but we've been sending people to the same ones for years and years. A list is here.
I think I've covered everything... you can ask me questions or submit stuff through here or through my email (it's listed on the SC site) or however you want to contact me.
I hope all the text didn't scare people away... 🤢
Edit: Added positions for Cleaners and Typesetters.

hump
The first chapter of Hoshi no Samidare: Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer has been released. I have a temporarily free editor working on this to insure that we have a good flow of releases for it, but I'd like to get a dedicated editor who enjoys the project in place as soon as possible. Generally speaking, it's not all that difficult except for a few pages with some face redraws in maybe every other chapter. Lots of clever humor and sarcasm.

Bumping this.
Still recruiting editors... I've got 4 people doing at least two projects all on their own.Do you like ANY of our projects and want to see them move faster? Saijou no Meii, Bio Meat, Change 123, Lucu Lucu, Shiki, Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, Deadman Wonderland, Kamen Rider Spirits... any of them. The only thing you need is time (at least 10 hours a week) and heart (you're Mati and the group is Captain Planet). We'll train you up if you'll make the commitment.
As for the test, the Change spread was considerably harder than I expected... I worked on it for when we released the chapter and it took longer than an editing test should, so you can ignore that. Just do the other page using the Change 123 font list and send it over to me. Anyone who has considerable interest and mediocre skillz will be admitted. I need to remake my army... I'm sick and tired of not being able to do the amount of work that we could do in the past.
Edit: I think I should probably mention this, too. We've got a Christmas release scheduled (which is why I'm asking for editors again)... if you've been around for a few years you may remember our previous xmas releases. Anyway, this time of the year, SC is a very exciting place to be... at least related to other places on the internet where you could be wasting your time (like 4chan or something), so come on over. Leave your old groups because they're boring and lame and join SC where we'll give you fruity drinks and rub your feet (not really).
Tentative goals:
Finishing 3 projects
Catching up on 1 project
Tons of everything else
Total size goals: at least 10 volumes this year... would like to do more, but that's where you come in. The more editors I have, the more of everything we can get done. Join something big this holiday season, guys. You'll remember it for a long time to come.

First off, this is the same person who posted originally... having a little trouble with the original account. Like I can't seem to remember the password and it won't send it to my email.
Anyway. I'm now accepting cleaners and typesetters as well as general editors. Instructions can be found in the zip files.

I am an American, so I can proofread for you. also I can typeset. I know someone how can clean and be an editor in his free time (he has a lot of it).
