It's definitely shounen-ai/yaoi. However, that's the only thing I'm 100% certain about.... Honestly, the only thing I can remember from the actual manga is this flashback in a college lecture hall or whatever.... The seme's a super popular dude who has 4ish girlfriends. Uh.... he sees this beautiful dude sitting in one of the seats in the room and goes to talk to him? In any case, the uke somehow ends up saying he wants to give all his love to only one person or something along those lines. The next day, seme comes up to uke, having dumped all of his girlfriends all for the uke and asks uke to give his love to him and love only him.... or something like that. ^^;; Of course, uke accepts, and they have this super adorable moment(lol). The end. Of my memory, at least. >__>;;

Uh, yea.... Sorry for the awfully ambiguous summary, but I read this sooooo unbelievably long ago. 🙁 I'll be forever amazed and grateful if anybody manages to decipher my terrible summary and find the right manga. ^^;; Pleeeaaase help~! >A<;;

Uhm.... They were college students, probably, seeing as they met in a college classroom.... and my instinct tells me it's probably a oneshot or sidestory type. ^^;;
