Honestly, I can't keep myself from what I love, and what I love is 'distractions'. Frankly, I just don't want to.

Distractions. The others I can do with ease (well, losing weight takes a little bit of effort, but I'm about right for my height so I don't really care) when I actually try, but I can't pry myself away from a computer, good book, or some other distraction no matter how badly I need to.

I can understand the smoking/drinking thing a bit, although I've never had to experience it so it's hard for me to say. I would probably die without coffee.

The nervousness one is the right one for me, i don't normally get along too well with lots of people around me....

i would say losing weight, but i could just go into the not eating mode i used before, so thats not all that hard.

wow hard choice:i have the will power of naruto+all other good guys so anything psycological is possible for me but strangely when i talk to a girl i like i fell lek i've run 25 km and i'm ready to collapse 😛 😉
