That's a cute way to cloud the point. The issue here is not civil disobedience. Civil disobedience implies that you are not breaking the law. However, you have already conceded the fact that you don't care about our societies laws or government.

The icing on that cake is that after you liken the laws of the this country to childrens play, you then proceed to hide behind the first amendment and the freedom of press. The first amendment as applied to the states through the fourteenth amendment also promises the pursuit of Life, Liberty and Happiness. As has been proved through countless legal precedent ~ this includes freedom from the press as well. You have no right to go around exposing children to your publication without their consent. Leaving naughty things around in the bathroom where a child can have no presence of forethought in reading the material is a violation of their rights to the pursuit of happiness.

I certainly hope you did not expose your own son to the joys of man/boy love that you preach around here. It seems that though we may find that act disturbing and "deviant", as you say, you have given us no reason to think that you would hold the societal disapproval of Father/Son incestuous affection in any regard.

My next point....

Who are you trying to defeat? Who are you liberating? You claim to be a warrior fighting a just cause, yet you have not stated the cause. Who is the "opponent" or "enemy" you continue to prattle on about. It seems you are only trying to "liberate" young boys from their innocence.

I don't have any problem with you as an artist. Please feel free to draw and write anything you like. I just hope that you have the common decency to only expose willing participants to your work ~ not children who don't know any better.

Finally, do not call me a Nazi. I am hardly a fascist. I have not once told you not to express yourself either in your naughty art or in your juvenile writing. I will, however, continue to chastise you at every chance I get for exposing minors to your art when they are neither psychologically nor emotionally equipped to deal with your sexual abuse.

Dear Persons,

correct me if I am wrong, but this is intended to be, by my limited powers of understanding, a debate forum, dedicated to the Japanese versions of anime, known in most of the rest of the world, as, "Yaoi, Shota, Hentai.... Manga style comic book anime art, and the stories associated with them...".....

Am, I, in some way mistaken about my conception of this forum?

In any comic book store, anywhere where I live, the last time I checked it out, there was no such thing as an "Adult Section", "Minors not allowed", section, of that store....

Why?

Because this issue was settled by the Supreme Court several years ago.

"Pornography", by legal definition, must involve actual living persons...

Anime, does not utilize living persons in it's creation of the images.

Therefore, by simple logic, which the Supreme Court agreed upon, Anime, cannot ever be "Pornography".... Because no real persons are ever used as models in the creation of the art.

So, under American Law, Anime, is classed as Art, not pornography, it cannot be classed as pornography, because the depicted persons are imaginary creations of the mind of an artist, they are not now, nor ever shall be, living persons at all. To outlaw art, would be, the censorship of free thought, for, the image existed in the mind of the artist, before the artist transferred that image to paper, or any other medium, but by thier creation alone. To classify anime as illegal, is to classify the human mind as an illegal storage device, only because the thoughts of that person are in conflict with what someone else may believe to be offensive.

If you believe, that thought, in and of itself, is a violation of law, then I savor the day I meet you on a field of honor, your mind has not one single functioning neuron left alive, it would be like stepping on ants.

3. You already expressed your distaste for the American legal system's laws and the rules of our societal norms in general. You can no longer call upon the supreme court to back your case, as you essentially contradict any point you would make.
