Sasuke got Amaterasu and Naruto Susanoo. Remember, Karin knows that Naruto has a bijuu inside because Madara told them that someone else was hunting Naruto.I think Naruto knows about it himself that something has changed inside of him. That may be why he got a serious expression on himself after lying about going to ichiraku's.
Only thing that puzzle me is that she says it's "evil". But she couldn't possibly forget that he's a jinchuriki. Well,,,,,Itachi wasn't really a saint when you think about it: 😛

Though, she looks quite weak. Is it because she just woke up after using up so much energy? Or is she going to be unable to stay the Hokage, and Kakashi will become Hokage either way? Hmm

And is there some reason why Kakashi can't be some kind of interim Hokage? Despite Tsunade at least getting her "youth" back, I'd doubt she's in a position to lead Konoha. Though I'm not really sure how long she's been recovering for. And given that Kakashi has a boatload of support, it makes sense for her to at least name him her successor.

Also, can't say I'm a big fan of Naruto holding back info from the other ex-genin. They were prepared to fight and risk their lives against Sasuke. I think they've earned the right to know what's going on.
