I am getting on the back of my neck an anime symbol on my arm.
Cause if she put the bar code on her neck, Eidos would sue her for imitating Hitman 🤣 🤣
The television series Dark Angel also featured tattoos on the back of the neck.
Perhaps the barcode on the arm is in some sort of deference to the holocaust? Anyways, if you're going to label everyone, the arm is far more convenient place to check for the information than the neck for a large group.

The kanji for "music" on the back of my neck, so you could only see it if I wore a ponytail. When I was younger I'd always look for stick-one kanji tattoos and put them there...I got yelled at a lot over that, but oh well. Just goes to show that once I decide what I like I stick to it, since I'd still want one there.
And perhaps the word "Niveau" on my inner wrist. Or the Lost numbers there, if I wanted to be 'cursed'.

It doesn't hurt much at all.
But I wouldn't get those... do you really want random paw prints on you for the rest of your life?
