I was thinking bout getting one on my neck.. something small.. but, I prefer getting tattoos in a place I have the option of showing it off or covering up.

I am 17 but I do not plan to get a tattoo until im 19 people are always changing and I think the older I am the better chance I have of not getting something that makes me look like a dumbass. Mostly people I know regret their tattoo's later. I will only get 1-3 in my whole life. My first being a neon bright ass dragonfly on my wrist. I saw it once on some guys wrist and it was beautiful so I know I would not regret it. My second I will wait till im in my early 20's, it might be something related to my geekiness like the writing on the inside of the ring from LOTR or a triforce but somewhere no one will see it like my lower back. My third will be waiting on maybe the name of someone that dies that I love dunno that one cant wait at least till my late 20's.
