The manga was about a girl named Mame who has been in love with her childhood friend Souta for 25 years, even after he got married and has a daughter named Yu. I think his wife dies from an illness, and I think her sister was Souta's ex as well but they broke up when she ran away to Brazil or something. Mame's family owns a hot spring I think and Souta owns a coffee shop.

Anyway I can't for the life of me remember the manga's name so any help is appreciated!
