It is an older manga with romance. About male/female twins who go to a school but the male character has to dress up as a girl. The genderbent male character is very proactive and confident. I want to say that it starts with an M, but I could be totally off base on that one.

Could it be Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!! ? they swapped places though and they go to seperate schools.
It's the only one that comes to my mind right now, so if I remember something else I will tell if this one's wrong.
