For years now I have been looking for a yaoi oneshot I really liked.

The main plot was: 2 high school students in love eloping and starting a new life away from home, one of them doing some construction work to earn the living, the other taking care of their flat. However, due to poor life conditions one of them is taken seriously ill and they are forced to get back to their parents to get him some help. They are forced to split and do not see each others for years. Only much much later they meet each other on an old bridge in their hometown.
