Golden Sun was one of the biggest things in my Childhood and for no real good reason i just started playing it again. And it got me thinking about it and i was just wondering who else loved that game, or at least had the opportunity to play it. 😀

Golden Sun was my first GBA game....got it with a bundle. It was really fun. My second GBA game was Golden Sun 2: the lost age heh. I played until I got the best weapons for all 8 chars.

Will golden sun 3 appear on our console or was the game production dropped, the info about the game is so out-dated now...

i actually really like playing that game!! it's fun... i love rpg games like GS!! but i hate playing zelda... it's too repetitious... why does that one chick always get kidnapped!?!? you think that by now, she would be guarded! or something!

I don't know anything about Golden Sun 3, there was another hoax this summer. but its been proved fake, and the developers,(Camelot) havent said anything to my knowledge that would imply a third game is being made. But presumably if it was, it would be for DS.

I played it in GBA, it was fun 🙂 didn't know much people who liked it. it brings back memories, your making me feel like playing old school RPG

Great Gameboy Advance game~ The story was awesome and the graphics were really good for its time. I wouldn't mind having a DS version of it...In fact, I would prefer it!

Golden Sun is one of the best RPG games series I've played in my life. Outstanding graphics, an involving story, a great gameplay and an exceptionally good soundtrack...a truly masterpiece, I must say.

First. would you still recommend this game to a Non-RPG player who can only play the very best RPG (FFVII) Keep in mind I literally fell asleep playing .hack!

very simple/self explanatory mechanics, great story, great graphics (specially for its time) etc etc etc, in short it is sweet. only problem might be is that it had a kind of "run around world, random fight, run around world" etc when you weren't in a town or dungeon. But its fun 😀

It was alright for me, I really couldn't get into tho. I remember the magic system being weird for some reason...?

i've played Tales of Phantasia and Golden Sun (both 1 and 2) ... and there both good games, but to me, i prefer GS over ToP...
