Just by looks, that's probably true.

When I first heard that Matsujun was playing Domyouji, I couldn't imagine it AT ALL. Actually watching it, though, he really nailed the clueless arrogance much better than the Korean actor did (IMO). Also, the Korean version totally changed the character of Rui (and not in a good way, again IMO). And the Korean version's Tsukushi is a lot more helpless (gets rescued a LOT) which I didn't like.

oh man i saw the Korean version of this show with my sister i thought it was hilarious how they only played one song in the whole show, even during the sad parts (because the song was a happy song)...but i gotta agree with a earlier post the Korean ones (even though they dont look like highschoolers) look more elitish
