In a lot of smut shoujo you see the guy being all pushy and dominant over the girl. With the girl being all reluctant and trying to resist his sexual advances but ultimately giving in.

What I want is any manga where its the girl who is pushy and dominant over the guy in the same way. Especially in a sexual manner if possible.

note I'm not looking for manipulative and devious women. (You know the kind of girl who'd be the villlian trying to steal the heroine's boyfriend.)

You could try Ibitsu (OKADA Kazuto). It is about a sadistic unhappy high school girl who finds a way to manipulate, bully and sexually dominate a shorter adult male who works in a sex shop. They develop an oddly stable kinky emotional relationship. While she is normally the dominant one bullying and dominating him sometimes she lets him dominate her.

For something more shounen you could try Tsugumomo . The main female here is absolutely shameless, incredibly bossy, violent and fond of engaging in extreme sexual harassment.

If you want something on the weird side you could try Kyuusen no Shima. the main character is forced to become the head of a secretive supernatural cult in which the women rule and the men are disposable second class citizens. His role as "head" has more to do with reproduction than governing.

Also by Okada Kazuto is Sundome. It's much better because the relationship is closer to equal and is set in the familiar setting of a high school club, complete with interesting secondary characters and events. The girl dominates the guy, but for him the result is all good.

This is the kind of rare manga that starts as one kind of thing and gives you full measure of that, then it slowly morphs into a very different kind of thing that is also excellent.

Natsu no Zenjitsu the endings terrible tho lmao i recommend reading to the halfway point.
