At this point Bleach still leaves many things unanswered.

1. Aizen did mention his distaste to the Soul King and Kisuke gave an impression that he also found the King not the most favourite but necessary. So is the King a bad guy?

2. How comes that Yamamoto Soutaichou doesn't know about Kurosaki Isshin while Isshin has a captain haori? There are 2 options: he belongs to the Zero Squad or maybe he left SS before Yamamoto's time. That would make him even older than Yamamoto.

3. What about the Royal Key? When we would know where they put it?

4. The exact time when Urahara put Hougyoku in Rukia, and why it was her?

5. The mystery surrounding the Zero Squad.

1 will probably be answered in the next arc

2 we don't know whether they know isshin since he has not appeared bfore them in the manga yet

3 i think that both aizen and urahara have plans for that in my opinion

4 he put in the body he gave her probably since he knew that aizen had got her sent out

5 will also probably come in the next arc

and i wonder if ichigo really lost his power since nobody was able to sense it don't that seem a little convenient nobody can know if it is true if nobody can sense it

Possible answers for question 3/4.

Not sure if there is currently a Key, however Aizen was wanted to create a key by using karakura town the worlds current spiritual center, and we know that didn't work out quite the way he planned.

As for when the hougyoku was placed in rukia probably when he gave her the gigai she was using earlier in the series.

Well, I remember something along the lines Aizen said when he talked to Rukia at Soukyoku Hill. That when Urahara escapsed SS, he hid the Hougyoku, and just when Aizen found out, Rukia was already sent to the living world. Later, while gloating over Ichigo that 'everything just goes as his plan', that it was him who sent Rukia to cross path with Ichigo as so to draw out his potential. All suggests that Rukia had the Hougyoku before she went to human world. Besides, if Urahara had been keeping it all along, is it weird that he felt the sudden urge to hide it in a shinigami's soul after keeping it over a century. And he could just grasps any random poor soul to hide it so why the different now? If someone with power is what it takes then there are a lot running around Karakura fitting for that. So I guess he made a detour to Rukongai 78th district before leaving SS, therefore, Aizen couldn't find out. If he keeps it why Aizen wouldn't just come and take it. Even with the concealing gigais, one like Aizen could just track him down since he hasn't been inconspicuous either with all the mugging running around. It's just quite like fate when he met Rukia again. Oh, the mysterious ways of the world! If my fanciful revere was right, I just wonder what's the different to not choose another soul but her and the circumstance around it.

Ichigo becoming a normal human. no more supernatural adventures or "i'm always awesome" moments. i can see where his sadness is coming from ;p

But it's still open ended so Kubo might actually turn it around somehow, break Aizen out of his prison then force Ichigo to get his shinigami powers back. Gin's turnaround was pretty obvious but he didn't have to die off that fast ;/ and the background story was so short his character lost his meaning >,<.
