I agree, its too soon for a bounty raise. And while IIRC Luffy does have a higher bounty than Kuma used to have, I don't really see them beating Kuma. Perhaps Sanji and Zorro could beat him as they are both rivals and they should be at a comparable level to Luffy. But again its too soon. Most likely they'll run from Kuma somehow.

And the WG will probably keep their bounties the same anyway and not acknowledge Moria's loss. If they raise it again and tell the world that another shichibukai has lost to the straw hats, they'll lose even more credtiability.

luffys bounty will not raise from this arc, moria only had 20mil beri more then luffy on his previous bounty.

well, the WG decided to keep quiet about Moria's loss...they did talk about giving Moria a "second chance" at beating Luffy didn't they?

So I think the bounties will not be raised this time..
