Well, it's debatable if he's still the main character. The chapter after he died, it became "Gantz phase 2," which I suppose could indicate a main character shift.

Though Kurono is the main character, you can't deny that. There will be a 3rd Phase, no? >.< So I bet that Kurono will play the leading part again in Phase 3.

Does it really matter if he gets back or not? I want to know more about gantz. What are the aliens? Are the people in ganz real or just copies of dead people(clones or something like that)? Why the vampires hunt outside gantz game? What's going on in Germany?(or where ever the main base is) Why the gov hides all the facts from public opinion etc

About phase 2.. kato's annoys me.. and it seems like the girls are only for the naked shots that are in the beginning of moat of the chapters 🙄

He'll be back, maybe soon, maybe in a while but he will. Having him dead gives the characters so much to aim for, so it might not be immediate, but bringing him back opens up a whole new world of opportunity. Hell I didn't think of it b4, but say you bring him back and he cant remember anything about Tae, all of a sudden that idol has a shot at him, in short drama and sex (which this manga seems to love oh so much).

A sex scene between Kei and Reika would probably be pretty funny. Just imagine how amazed he'd be to be having sex with a model. I mean, he doesn't even remember that he's not a virgin!

He better be back, I was thinking what an awesome and realistic main character he is. Selfish and human in his emotions but he manages to evolve and change a little bit. Then they kill him off and replace him with the ultimate goodie goodie.

But there are people like that. Besides, he isn't the stereotypical goodie-goodie. I mean, he almost pees his pants before trying to save someone. He wants to help, but is terrified at the same time. Though his willingness to help people always wins in the end.

about gantz anything is unimportant. what are the aliens? funny. who cares? alien just came to make EXCITEMENT.

although i do like Kishimoto but i don't think she'll be back cuz there's already the real kishimoto, I think Kurono felt that way before he chose not to revive her... for kurono, i think he'll be back, it's just the matter of time...

one funny feeling that i've got while reading this manga is that i always have the fear of losing any of my fav characters, like reika (i never thought that she will last this long), will be gone since this mangaka can easily kill anybody at anytime...
