The only one that comes to mind is Naruto, of all manga. Chapter 663. I have my doubts on realism though, since the girl's physically holding the heart to help it pump the blood 🤣

Thank you both, though Dr. Duo was already on my reading list. And I actually thought that Naruto scene was perfect, exactly what I was looking. Even if the situation was unrealistic, the atmosphere of danger and survival was still there, none of the romanticising bullcrap. 😀
