By the way, it's okay if there's another storyline going on that's more important as long as the sibling relationship is the most important relationship in the manga.
Since you said that, then try Amagoi and Route 225. The sibling relationships are the main ones. In the first series the MC is the brother; in the second, it's the sister.
But Inferno still doesn't fit, because there are more important relationships than the one between the siblings.

The relationship between the fraternal twins in .hack//Tasogare no Udewa Densetsu is the most important in the manga, except for maybe the boy's weird crush on a computer program, but nothing ever comes of that.

Okay, thanks.I keep meaning to read Monster, and Fantasm looks good. The others are going on the list (Route 225 also looks good).
Any more suggestions?

Family! is a really good family story... (duh...) The siblings although not necessarily always together, they support each other. Especially when the little Adam (the youngest one) joined the family. It's so touching without being over the top imo
Help! I'm looking for... manga with dangerous guys http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=39874&page=1#post594033

I don't think that this is exactly what you're looking for... but you see the devotion that the main character has for his older sister... (and by hear-say, how his older sister feels about him as well). I just finished reading this, and it was so beautifully tragic... Not Simple. It's like... if this were a movie, it would have an Oscar nod (in my opinion)...

Thanks. I love both of these manga. But they're not what I'm looking for. I know I said no incest, and maybe that was worded poorly (though I still consider adopted/step-siblings incest). What I meant was platonic love only, blood-siblings or no. Again, thanks anyway.
Uh thanks for other suggestions, but I'm not really looking for whole family things. I really just want a manga where you can see throughout it the bond that a brother and sister share. And a plot would be nice. Any like that?
