I can´t remember that I´ve read some, but maybe if you try searching by "advanced search" with the tags "harem" and "yaoi".

What is a harem of yaoi? Maybe you could try Alone in My King's Harem?

If by harem you mean the uke/seme is surrounded by the other one, try Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai! It's uke in this case though.

Hmm maybe Star-like Words and Dekiai Rule fit too. Both cases are with popular uke.
Sora o Daite Oyasumi also fits, but it's so freaking sad T__T
Perhaps this and this and this could also help. They're all about uke having the "harem". There's quite a lot with the seme and it's the more popular kind. I'm gonna have to look through my list and get them out. 😃
