The only one i know of is a korean manhwa Ragnarok: Into the Abyss by Lee Myung Jin, but its on hiatus for a while and there doesn't seem to be anyone scanning it...

here's a description: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ragnarok_%28manhwa%29

you can just buy it since its already licensed...its not expensive like other mangas...i think a volume costs around $2.

Edit: Oh wait sorry...i kinda got lost...hehe this is actually Norse Mythology...sorry. well you could take a look at it if you want anyway 😛

Legend of Nereid doesn't have much to do with mythology, but it does take place in ancient Greece. And I know Tokyopop has an OEL title called Pantheon High where various offspring of gods attend high school. I could have sworn I had one or two more, but those are the only titles that come to mind right now.

Edit: I just found something that may be just what you're looking for. Try Thousand Years Romance.

Also: A Silent Greeting, a oneshot.
