Hello,

I'm doing some research and I'm looking for a certain name that the Japanese give to what they term as a "perfect female". She's beautiful, great at housework... etc etc. The name has slipped my mind at he moment and I can't seem to recall it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's possible I want to know what this perfectness entails, but if you simply give me the name, I will be able to do that part of the research myself well enough.

hmm. You may have a point. But isn't most manga unrealistic and sexist most of the time? Most manga girls are probably trying to imitate the perfect Japanese female.

Still, the concept of the perfect Japanese female seems very backwards and old fashioned in today's society to me. Manga is like that most of the time because it's fiction. Plus, I think many of those which are "unrealistic and sexist', are written by males or those with a narrow point of view.

The term "Perfect Japanese Female" describes a housewife? I'd agree taht is pretty sexist... i mean the "perfect female" for you might not be good at cooking or chores, but that dosn';t mean she's nto "Perfect", i believe that nobody's perfect, each human has its flaws, thats what makes us human
