I think Disney will stay out of Marvel way's other than some animation series/movies business and maybe help financially to sponsor new movies (for which Marvel didn't partner with anybody else yet) especially for lesser-known characters. Besides, Disney doesn't have entirely bad track on live movies - anyone remember Pirates of Caribbean and LOST Tv series on ABC (owned by Disney BTW)? Furthermore, Disney is keen on getting more young male/teenage audience and having Hanna Montana/Disnefy Marvel WILL not get them that.
I think Disney will keep their censors off Marvel comics and most of live movies/series and probably animation as well (since most of current and old marvel-related animation series are censored automatically and are able to air on Disney Toon and Nick Toon channels AS IS already). What will Disney do is probably this: 1) Incorporate Marvel characters into their existing Amusement Parks or create new Disney-Marvel theme parks 2) Heavily Merchandise it in most of mainstay stores - like toys, clothes, accessaries etc - expect to see Marvel T-Shirts and toys at Walmart 3) create more TV series (animation and live) on Marvel characters 4) Sponsor NEW live-action movies like Avengers and lesser known Marvel Characters - not necessary limited to teenage characters and get distribution/merchandising rights and leave story to Marvel (since they are more "edgy" and I suspect Disney wants "Edgy" movies to attract young male audience). Most of censorship will revolve limiting things to PG-13 audience plus swear words/cigarettes. 😎

Oh yeah and Marvel comics prices may drop a little... you know, now that is not facing bankruptcy

It's a real shame because Disney have been shit recently with their cheesy crap. Please dear lord do not destroy the wonderful world of superheroes by making Zac Efron become the new spiderman 😔
