I have physical CDs, and a few gigs worth of music on my HDD. I don't back up the digital music onto CDs or anything though.
I have two or three records as well.

2 of the above. iPod and comp. I can listen on both, but with an iPod I can go places and still listen to my music 🙂

I kept it on my iPod, but when I lost everything twice, I got really mad and started keeping it on my computer too.

I pretty much have it on CD. Because my computer is too unreliable for me to feel safe storing all my music on it all the time. I even make an effort to burn CDs with songs I downloaded so I don't lose them the next time my computer crashes.

I've got a couple hundred of gigabytes to spare, so its all on the drives.
My library isn't that big anyways, about...20gb or so?
Pretty small =D

I store them on my computer.
And my cheap mp3 player.
Though I don't use the latter much.
