Ummm... all I can thing of with curly hair is Atori from Rules - it isn't short but it is really good 🙂

Maybe stuff by MADARAME Hiro especially Akuma wa Hohoemu.
It's only kept long in the beginning, and cut short later.
I'm amazed at how I'm struggling to think up curly haired characters >_>" probably notice them more after this XD
