Well, I read Sanctuary a couple of months ago and just finished reading Strain....both are great manga. They both deals with power, dominance, underworld, brothers, and love. So I'm looking for other recommendations like that. It needs to be (somehow) realistic, w/ women playing major roles, a good storyline.

Offered is by the same author and while it is a little more "out there" it still has many of the same elements and is a good read.

Team Medical Dragon somewhat fits. It's about power and politics in a Japanese hospital/medical world.
