The trade is tricky and allegedly so rampant in many countries that I doubt that anyone would raise so much money in it but still it is apparently (ahem) --'well- paid'...it is sad how many turn to it despite their perfectly clean backgrounds...now why am I talking about it in an out-of-manga-context? 🤨

I don't know of any with it as the main plot, but it's mentioned in Iketeru Futari and (very briefly) in Karin (that bit with teen prostitution).

Not really much to discuss about prostitution really, either RL or anime/manga. You either don't mind it or despise it, kinda like Marmite.

Although I can't really see a manga with prostitution as it's main plot element going very far... maybe as far as the bed, but that's it lol 🤣

hmm there are Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari, Deep Love - Host, Deep Love - Pao no Monogatari, Deep Love - Reina no Unmei... host and pao no monogatari arent directly abut prostation but the others are.

I don't go out of my way to find series that deal with it, but I don't avoid it either. Most of the time I don't mind it all that much. I really didn't like Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari, but that was more about the plot itself and less about the prostitution in it.

I just remembered....Sakuran.... not modern day prostitution.... it's more about the brothels during the samurai era. Pretty good read, actually. 1 volume.
