that is what i do. 15 different? no, they are all different. What i do is base on the SFX meaning and use the font. Example: "Splurts" as in water for SFX, i will use a type of font that looks like watery.

Yeah well I was talking about the speech bubbles but I know what you mean unfortunately I'm no good at choosing creative fonts so I don't really have any. 🙁 Send me some please.

Try the Storm In Heaven tutorial of editing and go to their font section and download their recommendation of SFX. Next go to ITW, and ask for the font zip file that were used for editor's test. help enough? ^__^

But if you want our scanlation group to stand out, maybe we should think of another font type beside wild words and anime ace? i have a lot that resemble anime ace and wild words but very different.

@luisalirio, i think we should just focus on this project for now haha so no new projects, we havent gotten started and your thinking way ahead 😛 , and we need ivory_shoes decission if we are going to have a new project seeing that she started the group,ps ur example raw looked great. 😛

@liquid_hell the Raws are great! HQ! and plus the pages have been cropped so i dont have to do much other than rotating, i have to admit that ivory__shoes scans were really hard to adjust to look right, and thats all i could do, im sorry

Oh sorry I didn't mean that it has to be with this group it's more of a I wanna do this manga so I need a translating buddy i'll do editing and everything else. I should have started a new thread i'm sorry i'm a baka when i'm not well rested. 🤢

I gotta agree with luisalirio, the scans are medium quality. Everything is kinda blurry and it's pretty obvious at the scene with the lightning background (That's what's seriously bugging me) The most that I would probably do is use unsharp mask (maybe at 0.4 radius), but even then only the lines are going to be sharpened, it's not going to help the screentones much. Is there any way to fix the pages using the scanner instead of photoshop?

Ranmaru! I love the Japanese raws! They're gorgeous. It's slightly blurry, but nothing a little unsharp mask (say... 0.4 radius?) won't fix winks We should definitely use the Indonesian raws for translations and Japanese for editing. Definitely (sorry, ivory_shoes)

I'm off to emule to search for more Japanese raws 🤣

No you anly needed to level it a bit. When I did it I only levelled to 36 1.00 223 or something around there anymore is overkill since the raws don't have much noise to begin with. You also did a good job with the plate but what about the other sfx? Hold on brb

It looks nearly the same...a little lighter but I still think you leveled it too much. Try taking a rest if your eyes are in such bad condition. You're not going to improve if you keep trying with bad eyesight 🤢

Can you post up the raw so I can compare?
