Tan thread!
Gah! I just had to make it even, so it's my 14th consecutive thread! As drunk as I'm now it's the best I could use xD. Anyways, it's a legit thread (searched and all). So, it's a general thread about tans! thinks about questions
So, do you like tans? What is the weirdest tan line you have ever had or seen? (courtesy of x0mbiec0rp).
As for me, as long as they are not extreme, they are fine, I'm asian so it kinda doesn't show so much on me (hometown is in a sub-tropical zone, so I get a tan on summer vacations, even if I don't really get exposed to sunlight òÖ). As for tan lines, I'm not so sure xD.

I like tans, if they look natural and are not too dark.
I don't think I've seen many weird tan lines, I can't remember any at the moment, but like Tsu, I've been drinking. Though, he's waaaay ahead of me. 🤣

I'm TOO tan. You can't tell in my pictures because of the lighting but damn, I am freaking tan. X__X I hate it, I want to be paler and fairer. ;___;

I'm freakishly white, according to my mom. Apparently, I'm so fair, I look unhealthy (again, according to my mom). I just don't like going outside in the spring/summer due to allergies so I end up never tanning.
Weirdest tan line I ever saw: My mom ran in a marathon with some knee braces on. So, there was a strip of tan aboove and below the knee (shorts->brace, brace->socks) and then a circle right on the knee-cap.
Longest Lived tan-line: Again my mom. She got completely fried snorkling in Hawaii and still had the x tan line on her back two years later (and she refused to wear that swim suite for three years just because of afore mentioned tan line).

I'm about the palest thing you've ever seen, for someone with a natually non-pale skintone.
The problem being that I am, for several reasons, allergic to sunlight. Therefore, I am also terrified of it because of the reaction I get. So if you see a weird bundle of clothing wearing heavy sunglasses and holding an umbrella on a sunny summer day, that's probably me.

Wow, that must suck. I don't really like or dislike tans, but I don't like to get tanned myself. I'm very weak against heat, so summer's like hell to me. If I don't have to go out of the house, I won't. Problem is that I have a natural white skin and when I don't tan at least a little... Well, let's just say that my friends are convinced I glow in the dark 😛
Edit: I do really find fake-tans quite freaky. There's this girl in my school that's gone a little bit overboard with the selftanner. I swear, she looks like a carrot 😐

I'm a halfsie, but I'm fairly light compared to most. I'm the only one in my family that burns (except for my dad, but he is as white as you'll ever get so he doesn't count), but after the burn, it turns into a tan. My bro and sis tan so beautifully, I'm so jealous. My mom is Asian and it drives me bonkers when she tells me that "I'm laying out." I mean how much tanner can you get??
I guess the worse tan/burn I've ever got was when I fell asleep on my side and so I have half burnt, half...well not burnt. It was painful and embarrassing.
I consider myself as pale. ._. Compared to my much tanner brother. And well, in my teenage environment, having a tan is "cool" and all, but I don't really care about that. When I was younger, I did try going to a tanning salon, but it didn't work! What a waste of precious money. ;; Never again. It seems I can only tan under natural sunlight. And there's also the fact that I never get burned, which is pretty cool. 😎

I really pale, so I almost always burn, and I hate the heat of the summer. So I don't really care about getting a tan.

Though I do prefer no tan at all (nice fair skin), a good tan on someone it's suited for can look really nice. So it's really dependent on the person.
