Well, the image itself doesn't show anything unappropriated so maybe he thought that a warning wasn't necessary. But I agree that if the person knows that the image is from a H-manga he/she should state it in the topic's title (or at least in the opening post.)
And don't be confused. You can talk or make recommendations about H-mangas here, but the only place in which is allowed to post "adult" images is the Adult (18+) section so technically if you're looking for a manga and the only reference you have about it is an "explicit" image the only place you can post is in the adult one.

I don't really mean only this thread, i meant overall all the people who are going to ask about hentai mangas... But no need to move this thread I guess, since the image doesn't show much except for mature content.

Then what's the point in having an "I'm Looking For..." section? As long as it's properly labeled and doesn't show any "improper" images it shouldn't be any problem.
