Yeah, yogurt is probably the way to go. Also try cheese too.
You could go sweet and add honey. I even heard of chocolate, but I think that was in an Addicted to Curry recipe. If you do, try it sparingly, cause I think it has the potential to be nasty.

hehe... anything with lotsa proteins that can coat your tongue.
so like, if you drink milk right between bites of curry, it decreases the hotness by much. similar with cheese and yogurt, i suppose
