reptile had one. Usually all it takes is one hit for it to vanish too.
I never understood why they would make an ability that can be disabled by a one hit attack, especially if that's the only ability the character has.

Yeah the weapons turning invisible is different because at least that IS useful, since you can't see the attack coming, which makes for a tougher challenge.
It might not be useful for a multiplayer type of game, but Deux Ex Invisible war features a sort of Invisibility power which is very interesting. Unreal had an invisibility jacket as well, but it didn't do much good as every enemy seemed to hear you coming.
"Step into the basin of life and become as elusive as the mist" (or something like that). Beware though, as even the wind can be heard.
