A Korean poster on Mangafox stated that the cell phone is just displaying Sung Chan's name, i.e., he was the last person she was trying to contact.
I really liked this manga. I never found it boring, rather it was disturbing and addictive up until ch. 18 or so, when I figured out the secret and the twins started displaying an implausible role reversal. The ending was predictable - the characters were way too twisted for the story to have a happy outcome.
