Yes, 9 is Ayashi no Kimi no Koiwazurai, page 86-87.
10 is a character from Hidoku Shinaide, after Maya dyed his hair black. But this one scene is from Yasashiku Shinaide (NEKOTA Yonezou), the dj with balck-haired Maya about how sexy Nemugasa is with his briefs.

I just read Hidoku and didnt see the part where he dyed his hair black...oh gosh what have i missed?! 😔 is it just not completely scan yet (that part at least) ?

Yup, Maya only dyes his hair black in volume 3 (still scanlating). But that scene is from Yasashiku Shinaide, more like a spin-off. Bl-gyaru translated it months ago, but she deleted the tumblr where they were and now you can only find it in yonezou_fans.
