it's called manhwa, so Sinles is right when she/he said manga is from right to left..
I prefer the program PicWalker. Search for that on google, go to the main site and download it. The background is black so when you read it it's good, you can full screen or just put it like that and show your navigation. There are button to go forward and backward, and generally there are many keywords which make it even more great. I use it all the time and love it.

I use Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, especialy since I realized what the little arrow buttons were for at the bottom 🤨 Before I was opening each image separately. 😢

Ack! If you insist on using Windows Fax Viewer at least use the slideshow function! (slide show button is to the right of the arrows, or F11)
Pause the slideshow and use the left/right arrow keys on your keyboard to go through the images.

I read mine with a program called CDisplay. With any winace or winzip program I can right click, and use OPEN WITH and it will bring it up. I use this program to read any comic i download.

I unzip and use Irfanview. I like to organize things rather than leave everthing in zip/rar format.

Yes, it's quite embarrassing to admit, but I just use Windows' picture previewer.

Well, I unzip the files and put them in "My Pictures" and use the "view images as a slideshow" and keep it paused, and press the arrow key to go forward 😛 😀

I have this map called "Manganime" what's reserved for all my (duh!) manga and anime. 99% manga though. Anime takes in to much space of my pc, so I only put the last 1-2 episodes of the shows I'm following in there.
Once the manga is downloaded I put them into that map (all stays in compressed format)
Once I red it I either place it in the ---DONE--- map (extracted volumes deleted) or the ---ONGOING--- map (only last extracted volume/chapters remain) wich are 2 subcategories of the Manganime map.
example: the map "Bleach" is located in the '---ONGOING---' map of the 'Manganime' map. It contains all compressed chapters (whereof Ch 269-272 extracted) and Bleach (anime) episode 123.
That was a lot of dump explanation but it's still a pretty neat organisation right ? 😀
Although I'm pretty sure everybody works a bit like that 😛
***EDIT: Ow yeah, to read the manga itself i just use slideshow of the pictureviewer. With manga like Mahou Sensei Negima I often drop the slideshow, because most of the times the letters are so small i have to use the zoom funcion 🙂 ***

Since pretty much all manga is jpgs in a zip or rar, I use CDisplay. I set my computer so those files open with CDisplay by default, instead of WinRAR, so all I do is press open when I download, or double click when I saved a whole volume.
At first I used to use the arrow keys with page up and down, but I've found the spacebar is so much more handy. Do I need to scroll down? Spacebar. Do I need to turn the page? Space bar. Do I need to go back? Shift+space bar.... Anyway, with my finger setup, all I need to do to go on to the next chapter is shift+L (my middle finger). I have my index finger on 'm' just in case I need to minimize to do whatever.

Hey, don't blame me for Negima~ Blame Ken Akamatsu for writing so much text in a tiny bubble...

Wait I don't get how he's blaming you. Now i'm confused. Unless you scanlate that particular manga.
Oh I used to just use picture and fax vier without the slide show but now I started using manga viewer cause I like its simplicity and the black background and its way of navigating from chapter to chapter in the same folder also it remembers where you were when you open it and it can rember all your recent directories as well. Really good for reading long mangas that you have all the zips for no need to unzip. That's all from me. 😁
Oh but I don't think this is easy to find because I got it from a group that scanlates ftp.

Correct, I scanlate Negima. That comment was in more of a joking manner. Of course I wasn't accusing him of anything.
What do you mean by "scanlates ftp"?
