For offline reading purposes I prefer my phone rather than pc and I use an app called Perfect Viewer.
I use PC mainly for online viewing or downloading but if I have to use it for offline reading I use CDisplay....

I use Honeyview. I have tried most of the other popular ones but I always come back it in the end.

Quote from pooja

I like Simple Comic, mainly cuz it's the only thing I haven't deleted in a fit of impatience for sorting the pages wrong, or forgetting to order the pages in the right order. 😛

I like Simple Comic too... The design isn't butt-ugly either (which is the case for too many of the comic reader programs I've tried) and the two-page-spread function is really nice, with the option to switch from western to asian reading order swiftly.

Usually on a manga reading website or a scanlator's reader.
If I have to download it I normally just open it up in windows default image viewer.

So has anything changed over the years? I've tried dozens of comic viewers (CDisplay EX, Hamana, Honey View, Comic Rack and more) but I still can't find anything better than Manga Meeya or PicWalker (and they work on newest Windows and are portable).
