If I'm on my laptop (which is majority of the time), I'll use Manga Meeya. Similar to CDisplay (which I used before) but with a bit more features such as:

  • Opening zip files within zip files
  • Browse through my folders within the program without opening or closing a file (unlike CDisplay)

Otherwise, Manga Meeya pretty much functions the same as CDisplay with just those added features.

And when I'm online (on someone else's computer), I'll go either on mangafox or onemanga. Usually onemanga since there's a more complete list of what I'm looking for.

I no longer use the Windows Picture Manager viewer anymore, like i said in my previous post. I use CDisplay now(mostly because i have no idea how to use acdsee). I think it's pretty good, make it full screen and stuff, and I don't have to unzip it anymore. 😀

I keep them in folders that are really really really organized -- like in specific volumes with same names -- then view them in Windows Picture Viewer 🙄

I read most of it online. But the few times I am forced to dl, I read it in MMCE and then delete it....

I use a program called Comix.
It's got adouble-page manga mode... which sorts out most of the pages for right-to-left viewing. Also has many other nifty features like a very cool magnifying glass mode (good for reading tiny translator notes). Image scaling capability is very high quality.

Problem is.... I think it only runs on Linux and BSD.

I just downloaded on my laptop (has Ubuntu) and I think it's great.

Glad u like it.....

There's actually another program that's just as good, but I forgot the name. It's also GTK+ based.... You need the medibuntu repository for that one, I think.... do some searching.

I'll update the post if I remember.
