It is shoujo (i believe 😕 ) it features a man who is a manager of a hotel (wears glasses at work maybe,not 100% sure) who meets and kisses a girl under a Sakura tree only to later find out that she is the daughter of his best friend who has asked him to take care of her while he and his wife go on a trip. Later the manager and girl have sex in his hotel helped by his boss. The boss helped plan them getting together no threesomes.
