I chose ‘Maybe (I'm not sure)... Depends on a lot of things’. It’s a time/priorities issue, I can’t imagine that I would stop liking manga. A character doesn’t need to share my age, problems, traits, values, etc. for the story to be interesting or well-done.

I read more manga now at age 27 than I did at age 17 (when I had already been reading One Piece, among a few others, for 3 years).
Yeah I'm definitely never quitting manga. Manga and video games are by FAR my two favorite pastimes

I'll be reading it on my deathbed. Sure it's the love of my life but it's also so simple. This site has a great search to find whatever you're in the mood for and I frequently read on my lunch break at work. I'd probably read/watch more western media if I had a way to sort through them.
My taste is also still childish escapism so I like imaginative worlds and fantasies like where people get rewarded for hard work. Most mature books is all interpersonal drama and I avoid that in real life.

I've been reading for more than 10 years and I doubt I'll ever stop.

I've already read it for more than ten years as it is, so can't see why I would stop reading manga during the next decade.

I answered "Maybe" because I've had other interests that I'm not involved with anymore. Sometimes I think that I'm ready to move on to something else now. Then I pick up a wonderful manga that reignites my love for it. I hope that I'll always be able to find manga that I love, just like any other interest.

I'll probably always find something I like to read to continue reading manga. It's just a handful of series , but I like to follow them. It used to be Tokyo Ghoul, now it's Beastars, maybe someday it'll be Tomo-chan again, who knows.
But yeah, I don't read much manga these days. Overall I read maybe half an hour in a week? It's not really part of my life anymore.
